FAQ
Questions we get a lot.
Do you work with existing bots or only new builds?
Both. Roughly half our work is taking over, stabilising and extending a bot someone else started. Send over the repo or a description and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth rescuing.
Who owns the code?
You do. On final payment you get the full repository, documentation and environment setup. We do not hold your project hostage with licence fees.
How long does a typical build take?
Starter builds usually run two to three weeks. Full platforms are typically six to ten weeks depending on integrations and how quickly decisions get made on your side.
Can you host and maintain it for us?
Yes. We deploy on our own managed infrastructure with monitoring, automated backups and alerting, or on your cloud account if you prefer to keep everything in-house.
What about AI features — do we need our own API keys?
You can use your own keys for full cost transparency, or we can bundle model usage into a retainer. We will recommend whichever is cheaper for your expected volume.
